Spay/Neuter Grant

Luvum All Animal Rescue has a received a grant for the 2015 year to assist residents of Macomb and St. Clair counties with getting their pets spayed and neutered. The money from this grant can only be used to perform spay/neuter operations at the Humane Society of St. Clair (S.N.A.P) building, located at 6177 Fred Moore Highway, just west of St. Clair. Individual spay/neuter "certificates" will be awarded on a first come-first serve basis. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Who Qualifies

In order to qualify for a certificate, you must...

...be a resident of either Macomb or St. Clair county AND
...receive public assistance based on low-income status (Bridge Card, public housing, etc.) AND
...be willing and able to provide proof of assistance at your scheduled appointment.

How to Apply

You will need to email us to obtain a copy of the spay/neuter grant form. If approved, the rescue will set up an appointment for your animal as the S.N.A.P. building. You must be able to transport your pet to/from their scheduled appointment! Drop-off time is between 7:00am and 7:30am. Pick-up time is between 4:00pm and 4:30pm the same day. You will be asked for ID, as well as proof of income (e.g. Bridge Card).
